          At the 2/9/00 hearing the bill was deferred until SB 2416 is scheduled and they will revisit the bill at that time. The House has yet to schedule HB 2953 or HB 2888.

Sue Doyle didn't show as she stated in her testimony ".....I apologize that a conflict in my schedule prevents nie from presenting this testimony in person.", but when Ray and I stopped by her office she was there sitting in front of her computer and I had checked with her secretary the day before and she told me that Sue had three hours of her schedule blanked out between 9 and 12.
     I asked if she knew that Lurline was in Tahiti with 'Olelo equipment, and pointed out the "Community Producers" wouldn't be able to use that equipment. She replied, "I don't know everything that goes on over there."
