*Proposed amendments are available for public inspection. Copies are available at the'Olelo Mapunapuna facility and by mail upon request.
**To afford the Board of Directors an opportunity to consider information in advance of the Board meeting, persons wishing to express their views on agenda items are requested to submit their comments in writing by August 13, 1999. Additionally, thee will be opportunities for in-person public comment at the meeting as outlined in 'Oleo’s Bylaws (Section 8.5: Open Meetings)
“...The Board shall afford all interested persons an opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments, in writing, on any agenda item. The Board shall also afford all interested persons an opportunity to present oral testimony during a period which is reserved for public comment during the course of the meeting....”
