BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOTICE  

The Board of Directors Meeting that was scheduled to be held on October 27 has been postponed until November 10, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mapunapuna Facility.  

The meeting agenda and accompanying bylaw amendments and handouts will be posted and made available to the public no later than November 3, 2004.
