`Olelo Community Television is Accepting
Applications to Serve on its Board of Directors
`Olelo's Board of Directors is seeking a qualified candidate
to serve a three-year term on its nine-member Board. The Board
of Directors meets at least quarterly and is responsible for overseeing
fiscal and management activities for this private 501(3)c corporation.
Board membership is voluntary and is generally reflective of
the ethnic and cultural diversity found within our state and among
public, educational and government user groups. Must be a Hawai`i
resident. Elected city, state, or federal officials are not eligible
to serve on the Board. Persons employed by or under contract with
`Olelo or their immediate family are not eligible. Send cover
letter and resume by Friday, January 5, 2001 at 4 p.m. to:
