June 16, 2000		Articles of Amendment are signed by Susan Doyle as President and Linda Colburn as Secretary
March 27, 2001		Annual report (signed by Lurline McGregor attesting to the following: " certify under the penalties of Section 415B-158 of Hawaii Revised Statutes, that I have read the above, the information is true and correct, and I am authorized to sign this report." ) has an attached list of Officers/Directors showing board President as Susan Doyle, Vice President as Bob Mougeot, and Ms. McGregor as Director.
April 27, 2001		Audio of Board meeting announces board officers as President (Dee Darby) & Vice President ("myself" Joe Lapilio).

		Since the August 1999 bylaw changes Ms. McGregor has consistantly been referred to by board and staff as President/CEO.
Questions:		1) Who is in charge of enforcement of HRS 415B-158 ? DCCA says they are only a regulatory agency not an enforcement agency. 2) If no state agency can enforce HRS 415b-158 does that mean the only remedy is for the private citizen to file a law suit? 3) Is Lurline McGregor guilty of a class C felony?
